David Pinette is Senior Vice President with global outplacement provider Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. As the pioneering firm in the industry, with almost 50 years of outplacement experience, Challenger, Gray & Christmas has a broad array of experience spanning all levels and industries.
 
David’s 20 years of expertise includes partnering with business leaders and their teams to identify areas of opportunities necessary to achieve performance targets linked to business strategy. Known for his high integrity and ability to consistently deliver strong results with a positive teaming approach his work with Challenger clients has been most effective in assessing their needs and providing them tailored solutions to achieve business objectives. 

He is a founding member of the Human Resources Executive Alliance an invitation-only community providing Greater Philadelphia area human resources executives with a high quality, low pressure networking and educational experience.

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Bryant University, where he studied marketing and business management.
