HR Today has two main goals:
First, it provides HR professionals insight into how their peers are addressing top issues.
Second, it will attempt to drive a better awareness to the general public, the role that HR plays in
businesses today.
The format of the show will consist of 4 one-on-one, 10 minute recorded interviews with senior level HR
professionals in companies with 50 or more employees.
Each interview will be aired in its entirety on our website via the HR Today Webcast. The goal being to allow
listeners the opportunity to hear the interview in its entirety, online, at their convenience.
To help build an audience and increase the public's awareness of how HR impact's their organization. We will
edit the 10 minute interviews down to several 2 minute segments being aired on the 3’s Mondays through
Thursdays each week on Delaware Valley's only money talk radio station AM 860 WWDB.
